Heavenly Manna Bread!

Every since I got out of the hospital, I have been on a mission to eat super healthy! I know that food has everything to do with healing and after my visit to the hospital this year, I have zero intentions of going back there. I have been eating mostly vegetables, lean proteins, grass fed dairy, bone broth, but not really too many grains since I am working on rebuilding my gut health.

But recently I had the opportunity to chat with Manna Organic Bakery and they sent me over a loaf of their sprouted cinnamon date bread + a jar of their sprouted Almond Espresso. I figured if I am going to eat any type of grain, the healthiest way to eat it is in it's most natural form, sprouted and not refined.

Can you say yum?! These two went very nicely together and it really doesn't hurt that they are so healthy that I didn't feel guilty one little bit having more than one serving!

The ingredients for the sprouted almond espresso butter are very simple: Cashews, Sprouted Almonds, Coconut Sugar, Ground Espresso, Himalayan Pink Salt. I love the fact that there are no hidden ingredients!

Same thing for the sprouted cinnamon date bread, simple ingredients: Sprouted organic wheat kernels, filtered water, organic dates, organic cinnamon, organic oatmeal.

My husband also enjoyed the cinnamon date bread for breakfast. I topped it with butter and jam and he didn't even realize how healthy it was for him! That's definitely a win!

I definitely want to try out some other of their products soon, like the kale chips and some of their other nut butters. Everything looks so amazing!

Their products are sold in local stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, Target, Lucky's Market, so be sure to check your local grocer to see if they carry Manna Organic Bakery Products! If not, you can easily purchase online as well.

Have you ever tried sprouted breads or nut butters?
